Ally Boyd treated us to a 4 course meal with a St Patrick’s Day treat and coffee to end. He showed us some chef’s tricks of the trade including how to cook fish to perfection, produce a salad garnish and presentation tips. Highly recommended! A lovely meal- the fish was perfect and the icecream was delicious. I normally don’t eat dessert when I go to a restaurant but it was so lovely I couldn’t resist it!
I also meant to say this was much nicer than going to a restaurant- thanks to Ali & Wendy for hosting!
