Cooking in a chef’s home kitchen
Ally Boyd has cooked food at both of the Shandon Local Food Group’s Food Fairs and ran a session on cooking winter vegetables in December. He is now offering a unique cookery evening, including a three course meal. This is an opportunity not only to learn how to cook the meal (using seasonal local produce), but also to taste the results.
Ally is genuinely passionate about using seasonal local produce and enjoys teaching, with his experience of instructing at Telford.
Bookings for this pilot evening are limited to six only, 7pm on Saturday 17th March. Cost is £15 and the evening will be BYOB.
