Rare Breed Saddleback Pork Belly served with Spiced Vegetables

(Slow Cooked Pork Belly with spiced Cauliflower, Carrots, Courgettes and Aubergine, Potato Puree and a Thistly Cross Cider Syrup Glaze)

Vegetarian Option:  Aubergine and Chickpea Curry with Basmati Saffron Rice, Naan and Mango Chutney.
